2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Processing

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or special orders may require additional processing time (3-5 business days). You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Tracking number via email
  • Link to carrier's tracking page
  • Real-time updates on delivery status

Track your shipment through the carrier's website for accurate delivery estimates.

6. Packaging

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery. Parts are wrapped securely and placed in protective boxes. For fragile or high-value items, we use additional cushioning and insurance options. If you receive a damaged item, report it immediately with photos for a replacement or refund.

7. Domestic Shipping

We ship to all locations within the continental United States and selected territories. Shipping addresses must include:

  • Complete street address
  • City, state, and ZIP code
  • Valid phone number for carrier contact

8. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to:

  • Additional customs duties and taxes

9. Address Changes

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to arrange delivery to an alternative address if possible. For future orders, ensure your address is correct before completing checkout.

10. Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is available for high-value orders. This optional service provides additional protection against loss or damage during transit. Insurance costs vary based on order value.

11. Signature Required

For orders over a specified amount, signature may be required upon delivery. This adds security and confirms receipt of your shipment. A signature waiver can be requested, but it is at the recipient's risk.

12. Delivery Attempts

Carriers typically attempt delivery once. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned or held at a facility. Contact the carrier with your tracking number for alternative delivery arrangements.

13. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title transfer to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Once the carrier accepts the package, any loss or damage is the carrier's responsibility, covered by shipping insurance when applicable.

14. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost or undelivered:

  1. Check the tracking information for updates
  2. Contact the carrier's customer service
  3. If unresolved, contact our support team with tracking details
  4. We will file a claim and initiate a replacement or refund
