1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or request a refund for most items. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories included.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
- Custom-ordered or specially ordered parts
- Sealed or opened consumable items
- Items used or damaged due to customer misuse
- Products without original packaging or serial numbers
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number
- Provide details about the reason for return
- Receive a return authorization (RA) number
- Ship the item back in original packaging with the RA number clearly marked
- Our team inspects the item upon receipt
- Refund is processed within 7-10 business days of inspection
4. Refund Conditions
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be refunded
- Refunds exclude original shipping costs and any applicable return shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, we will provide a full refund including return shipping costs. Report defective items immediately upon receipt with photos or video evidence.
Defective products must be reported within 14 days of delivery for expedited processing and replacement options.
6. Wrong Item or Damaged in Transit
If we ship the wrong item or the product arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately with photos/video evidence
- We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label
- Full refund or replacement will be issued immediately upon return
- No questions asked within 48 hours of delivery
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Before Payment Processing: Free cancellation with no charges
- After Payment but Before Shipment: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee
- After Shipment: Must be treated as a standard return
8. Refund Methods
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days. Bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on your financial institution.
9. Partial Refunds
Items returned in less than perfect condition may be subject to a deduction from the refund. This helps us cover costs associated with restocking used or damaged items.
10. Sales and Clearance Items
Items purchased on sale or marked as "clearance" are typically non-returnable unless defective. Verify the return eligibility status during checkout.
11. Bulk Orders
